Wind Farms maintenance
The maintenance of the wind farms is done by staff trained in accordance with the accident prevention regulations and programs including periodic inspection, lubrication and security. The planned maintenance includes, in addition to the activities on the control panels and electric systems overall, in the maintenance of mechanical equipment. Maintenance activities planned consist of:
- Lubricating mechanical parts;
- Check and replace filters;
- Measure the resistance to ground of the walls of the wind turbine;
- Verification of fall protection and safety;
- Check and check braking system;
- Check with a torque wrench the bolts;
- Monthly compilation of productivity and analysis data compared to the estimates; also it is carried out remote monitoring in order to limit and minimize inefficiencies and have rapid response times and recovery plant.
