Technical and Administrative advices

Erross S.r.l. provides for adequate service of technical advice and complete design of the photovoltaic system: already in the estimate is made a first sizing of photovoltaic modules and inverters, then it provides for the care of all the necessary paperwork for the necessary permits and the final design plant.
The correct design of a photovoltaic system means finding the right fit between photovoltaic modules and groups of conversion in order to always get the maximum power possible at any time of year. A wrong coupling, in fact, does not necessarily mean that the plant does not function but rather that produce less than what is possible.
With its design Erross S.r.l. is able to ensure timely execution and ability to intervene immediately in case there is the need to make changes work in progress.

Sizing plants

The following describes the various stages of designing a photovoltaic system, in order to provide guidance on the design of a complete plant.

  1. Check suitability of the site
Available space of shadows (vegetation, buildings, hills, chimneys) of fog or morning mist, snowfall in the area.
This information determines the placement of the photovoltaic generator, its exposure with respect to the geographic South, the greater inclination on the horizontal plane, the characteristics of the support structures.
  2. Quantification of the daily requirement of energy
Properly size a photovoltaic system means first examine carefully the power consumption of the customer going to identify not only the average annual consumption but also its development daily and weekly. These elements are needed to determine the photovoltaic power demand and the type of contract that will be signed with the GSE.
  3. Choice of modules inclination
The inclination of the modules in the case of flat roofs is chosen in function of the latitude of the place.
  4. Calculation of peak power of the photovoltaic generator
It is in function of the available space and energy requirements. It is the starting point to go then to define the correct coupling modules/inverters.
  5. Evaluation of plant losses
It's necessary to take account of loss/drop voltage introduced by the components that make up the system (cables, diodes, pictures of string, inverter paintings in AC, etc...).
The correct calculation of such inevitable losses effectively allows to dimension the inverters to install and to determine already in the preliminary phase the amount of energy that the plant will produce in normal conditions.
  6. Calculation of power inverter
The choice of the inverter is determined by the characteristics of the photovoltaic field. So, once established the power of the photovoltaic generator (and consequently the number of photovoltaic modules), proceed to the determination of the number of strings and to their composition so as to be able to calculate the range of voltage and current at which the inverter will be working during the whole year.
